It is a procedure that needs constant attention, and you probably don’t have time to take care of that. That is the reason why we offer that we do the work on your behalf. If you make use of our Optional Managed Services option, we will be keeping a constant eye on your virtual server and all the processes running on it. In this way you will have more time for your web sites or web applications.

Weekly Backups

Making a backup of a Linux Virtual Private Server is not the easiest procedure in the world. You will either have to use some other server or your home computer, or, alternatively utilize some 3rd–party tool. We offer a considerably easier solution with our Optional Managed Services offer. We’ll make a full backup copy of your server every week, so you never have to be afraid of permanently losing any valuable information. Last but not least we can restore a backup copy really quickly. All the backups are held on a special machine with a RAID array of hard disk drives, so if anything happens to your content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Using a Linux Virtual Private Server, you will have absolute freedom to install any script or service on your server. But, certain scripts are more difficult to run and may require some additional setup from you. This is when our Optional Managed Services offer can help you out. It includes thirty minutes of installation & trouble–shooting operations – this means that you can literally employ one of our practiced server admins for 30 minutes and have him assist you with the installation process of any software that you want. And/or have him take care of a problem that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Managed Services package is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers and it is an extra feature for the KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
